Paver Patios & Walkways

Pavers are strong because they work together. Each unit is set on a level bed over a compacted base, then locked in place by edge restraint and joint sand swept into every seam. When the base is right, pavers flex slightly with the ground instead of cracking, and any unit can be lifted and reset later.

We install pavers in running bond, herringbone, basket weave, circular and custom patterns, with soldier course borders, banding and inlays. Walkways curve through gardens, steps connect levels and patios flow into outdoor kitchens and fire pits. In Nashville's weather, joint sand and edge restraint are the quiet details that keep the surface tight year after year.

FAQ

Common questions about paver patios & walkways

Do pavers settle over time?

A well-built base prevents most settling. If a spot does sink, pavers can be lifted and reset without tearing the whole patio out.

How do you control weeds between pavers?

Polymeric joint sand hardens slightly and resists weeds and washout, and we explain care so it lasts.

Can pavers handle cars?

Yes, with a deeper base and the right paver thickness. We design for the load.
